Activating workshops "Action – Activate!"
Take part and let spread the idea of being active!
This workshop for youth from the Lublin region will be run by informal group of young people "Radioactive". These workshops will be held from 8th till 11th February 2012 in the European Meeting Centre in Nasutów near Lublin.
"Action – Activate!" is a four-day meeting where you might be inspired to act, find out who is the leader and what is his role and also learn teamwork and get to know new people. By taking part actively in workshops you will get new experiences and learn how to organize your own project from A to Z.
Participation in the workshop is free, all participants will receive certificates.

Europe Direct
„Be enterprising” – possibilities of gaining European funds for business
Europe Direct – Lublin Information Point organizes again a training about how to start up a business and how to get money from EU for this purpose. As every year there are many applications for the training so that we already have more participants than planned.
The training will take place in Conference Centre of European Meeting Centre – Nowy Staw Foundation in Nasutów on 23rd of February 2012. It will consist on principles of starting up a business, presentation of possibilities of gaining European funds for this purpose (i.a. Regional Operational Programme of Lubelskie Region, Operational Programme Human Capital), presentation of timetable of calls of proposals, application forms and presentation of best practices. After the training each participant will have the possibility to consult directly with the trainer, specialist on the field of European funds.
The organizer of the training is Europe Direct – Lublin Information Point.
Participants of the training will be mostly unemployed, graduates and older students as well as working persons who want to start up a business.

Training on "Youth in Action” programme
European Meeting Centre – Nowy Staw Foundation invites representatives of non-governmental organizations, members of informal groups of young people, representatives of local self-government, the institution's staff working with young people, volunteers and young people from the Lublin Region for training on the EU programme "Youth in Action".
The training will be held on 18th February 2012 in Lublin. Participation in the training is free, participants will receive promotional materials of the "Youth in Action" programme.
During the meeting, participants will get to know the general principles of the Programme and the specificity of each of its actions. The meeting is intended for people who wish to avail themselves of the possibility of financing projects in the framework of the "Youth in Action" programme.
