EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
In Nasutów between 1st and 6th February 2015 a training for 30 young leaders of employer's organizations from Poland and Spain took place.
The following topics were discussed during the training: the value of work, solidarity, social justice, engaging and motivating members of trade unions and leadership in trade unions. Thanks to special training modules young leaders had a chance to exchange their experiences as well as to acquire new skills and competencies.
