We invite you to participate in the IX Economic Forum of Young Leaders, to be held on 2-5 September 2014 in Nowy Sacz.
More than 350 young leadres from 42 european countries meet in Poland to create new ideas for its future. This is the aim of young generation’s debates organized since 9 years. They are always joined by prominent representatives of social, political and business world today. In a joint discussions and workshops new ideas are spawn , inspirations and decisions are made on mutual activities. This perticular decisions are set to generate change. It is here – where future elites creates.
IX Economic Forum of Young Leaders will be held on 2-5 September 2014 in Nowy Sącz. The subject of this year's Forum will be concerns on the following subject areas: international security, the future of Europe and the Atlantic , Europe and the world in the face of developments in Ukraine , economic growth, young entrepreneurs, business management, demographic problems in Poland and Europe in terms of socio - economic the leadership and the role and tasks for the young generation in the modern world.
To participate in the Forum are invited the heads of non-governmental organizations, social, economic, students, youth organizations of political parties, employers' associations, as well as young academics, journalists and entrepreneurs.
Applications are accepted only in English and by 20 June 2014.

The minimum criterion is knowledge of English at communicative level and engagement in a political, civic, social or economic NGO or institution/organisation.
If candidate meets these standards we assess his/her: experience in work in civic, political and economic areas, additional experience gained in different seminars and courses, current involvement in political, social, civic NGOs and other organisations etc.
In our selection of participant we also try to have the most diverse group concerning geographical, gender, ethnic and language aspects.
The main objective of the Forum is to create a diverse group of people with different culture, origin, language, that this event can become a place to share different experiences and ideas, so please nominate only one candidate within the organization. We plan regions and countries with significantly smaller amount of candidates to have opportunity taking more than one participant from the same organization.
The fee for participation bear only those participants who underwent a successful recruitment process. All participants qualified for travel, board and accommodation costs coverage will be requested for paying participation fee in amount of 40 EUR. Participation fee for participants not qualified for travel, board and accommodation costs coverage is 200 EUR. Due to financial limits, reimbursement of travel costs will be possible only for some participants.

We cover travel costs up to € 300, if you’re coming to the Forum from outside of Poland by means of: bus, 2nd class train, low-cost airline, airline with APEX tariff (it means a cheap airline ticket, booked at least two weeks before departure/ Economy restricted).
Participants from Poland’s neighbouring countries or with short distance to Poland has limited travel allowance of maximum € 150. These are: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia and Hungary. We do not cover travel costs for participants from Poland.
Travel costs reimbursement for participants from abroad will be done by Lead Partner Forum - Foundation for the Development of the Education System.
Forum participants who need visas to Poland indicate this information on the registration form. Invitations for visas will send up to date. Therefore, as soon as possible, please fill out the quick registration form and pay a fee for participation in the Forum.
