EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
International training course „Youth Mediatraining for employability & inclusion” took place in Nasutów near Lublin in Poland from 28th of May till 6th June 2013. The project brought 25 people from Poland, Denmark, Finland,Great Britain, Spain and Greece who are workers in organisations conetcted to the youth. They were working together with trainers about media and youth work.
The training course was for improving competences and skills of the responsible youth workers who want to use media tools in their daily work with the theme of mobility, active participation, inclusion and integration of young people within the society and to use Community Media and to contribute to the creation of international Web-TV for non-governmental, social and cultural youth NGOs across Europe.
After the training participants know more how to involve young people, how does media works, how to produce short reports, street interviews and information clips about acute social issues and how to use media in their daily youth work. The exchange allowed participants to learn about new cultures, to exchange experiences, compare the environmental behavior.
At the last day we organised the final event the group made a broadcast whee they presented their short movie and organise debate about social media and youth.
