EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
Between 10 and 15 October European Meeting Centre hosted 12 youth workers from all over Europe. Our Foundation organized Partnership Building Activity financed by Youth in Action Programme.
Our project ”Dialogue-Wanted!” aimed at building solid, long-term partnerships. Together we can more. Motivation among different partners, each from different European country – raised our awareness concerning youth and allowed us to make concrete plans for future. This means we created together melting pot of culture tradition, and what is the most important - we shared our work experience, thorough team-building methods in order to understand Youth.
Our aim was to learn the most we can from one another, share experience about skills which helps working with Youth. Additionally we had organized coaching sessions which helped us to understand our potential, and potential of the organization. During the project we made certain plans for future project which will be held in 2014.
