EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
This year we celebrated Europe Day also sportily. On May 12 we organized a European Cycle Picnic. Cyclists rode from Lublin to Nasutów, where we held a picnic.
Almost 300 persons took part In the event. Luckily the weather was good, so we could take part in all activities. These were: European competitions, nordic walking workshop, European information stand, cycle competitions and many others.
The number of persons is showing a big interest for such initiatives. Lublin is becoming more and more cycle-city and as in other EU countries the number of persons riding bike is rising. For this reason we want to continue this event in coming years.
