We invite you to participate in a free training project “NGO Master” - for NGOs. We offer 122 hours of training, including: 7 sessions away on weekends (in the period May-October) and consultation with the tutor. Courses start in May 2013 in the vicinity of Warsaw, Wroclaw and Lublin. More information: ngomaster.pl

We invite you to participate in a free training project "NGO Master" - for NGOs.

The project is designed for the representatives of the management and supervisory bodies of:

• foundation
• associations
• organizational units of the church
• religious

The course includes 122 hours, including:

• 112 hours of training - 7 sessions away on weekends (in the period December-March)
• 7 hours on-line and 3 hours face to face consultation with the tutor

Subjects of the session:

I. Standard, modern management, quality
II. Standards in finance, including the availability of public funds
III. Organization in the environment - standard builds relationships and fundraising
IV. Standard management personnel - personnel processes
V. Brand, promotion - standard image
VI. Seminar - meeting with tutors - diagnosis of the organization, preparation of plans for the implementation of standards drafts
VII. Monitoring, evaluation and control standards

Participants receive:

• accommodation
• board
• materials
• reimbursement of travel costs (if needed we will organize transportation from the provincial town to and from the destination)

Participation is free of charge.

The recruitment for the second edition of the course is on, we accept application until 15 April 2013 - the number of places is limited.

Courses will be launched in May this year in the area:

• Ciechanow
• Wroclaw
• Poniatowa
