EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
From 11th till 21st July in the Meeting Centre in Nasutów and in Lublin will be international culinary project held . It will bring together 30 young people from Greece, Moldova, Polish, Lithuania, Ukraine and Georgia.
The main international exchange project entitled “Youth from the kitchen” is to promote a healthy lifestyle what is connected with healthy and rational nutrition. For 11 days cooking becomes a participants passion and young people will have the opportunity to take part in many workshops including classes of relaxation - yoga, aerobics, workshops with the waiter and cook and baking bread training. Participants in the project end will organise happening on healthy lifestyle.
