EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
Between 18th and 25th March in Jugendbildungszentrum Blossin took place the first part of the Polish-German specialized training for international youth exchange coordinators. The particular emphasis was put on Polish-German youth exchanges.
In the first day participants presented their experience/ ideas of work as international youth exchange coordinator. Than they together with the trainers took up the subject of culture-concept. In the next days they analysed the problem of intercultural communication in theory and practice. The participants took also part in workshops including: intercultural competence, international teamwork, teaching experience, group dynamics as well as ways of solving problems.
In the second part of project the participants learnt how to prepare and carry out good project step by step.
The subject matter of this meeting will be continued during the second part of the training which take place between 6th and 13th Mai 2012 in the European Meeting Centre in Nasutów.
