Nowy Staw Foundation is a partner in an international cycle of trainings for young trade union leaders from Poland, Spain, Portugal and Italy. The course organized by the Foundation runs from 9th until 15th of October. Its topic is ethics in work and trade union activities.
Conflicts of values, axiology of work, liberalism and capitalism towards work, human rights and social rights, specific issues referring to negotiations led by trade unions, ethic and efficiency in negotiations, axiology of the European Union in the context of the worker's rights - these are the topics of the training.
The participants of the training are young representatives of NSZZ "Solidarność" as well as young trade unionists from south Europe: Spain, Portugal and Italy.
We want to present to our guests from abroad the historical role of trade union in the overthrow of communism, for that reason there will be a meeting with Mr. Jozef Mozolewski, one of the chairmen of NSZZ "Solidarność".
The participants will also visit Lublin, Warsaw and the Polish Parliament.
