EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
The international exchange of youths will be held between 2nd and 10th of July in Nasutow, close to Lublin. The main theme of the project is folklore. Young hotheads of tradition will take part in numerous workshops and will promote actions in order to overcome language and cultural barriers.
Young artists from Poland, Turkey, Latvia, Hungary and Bulgaria will lead dance, music and even handicraft workshops. What is more, they will participate in active way in promoting their own culture during presentations and discussions. Another aim of the exchange and the effect of week-long work will be the final performance. It will take place at 8th of July at 6pm in H. Ch. Andersen’s Theatre in Lublin. During the show participants will present creative activities, which are possible to be worked on thanks to intercultural dialogue and common passion.
