EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
Between 20 - September 24, workshops in Ukraine took place. The workshop was attended by 45 participants from three countries: Polish, Ukrainian, Belarus.
Workshops were designed to show the specific tools, methods and techniques that can be used for career counseling and group in Ukraine.
Classes were conducted by psychologists from the Office of Career and people who working in the Labour Offices. Workshop topics include, among others seek employment opportunities; source of information for those seeking employment; ways of working with various social groups - youth, disabled, women, people from rural areas.
Apart from theoretical information, participants were able to rehearse in practice these methods and tools in the classroom, they had the opportunity to participate in a simulation game on communication and strengthen the team.
