EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
Our victory 600 years later is the title of the project which will take place in Nasutów near Lublin from the 11th to the 17th of July. During those days will exchange youngsters from Lituania and Poland. The aim of the project is to prepare the historical show, which will be performed in the centre of Old Town in Lublin (Plac po farze) in the midday on the day of Anniversary of Grunwald Battle.
That's how youg people from Poland and Lituania want to celebrate this very important day in the history of both countries.
24 participants during the project will be divided into two workshop groups. First group will concentrate on developing theatre skills and performing. Second group's task is to prepare script of the performance and to discuss important historical facts of Polish- Lithuanian history. Thanks this exchange we would like to get to know more about important historical and cultutal facts of both nationalities and find more connections between those two countries.
