EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
Between 17-25 April 2010 in Nasutów near Lublin youth exchange entitled "Youth Drum Experience" (Młodzieżowa Wymiana Bębniarska) organized by volunteers from European Meeting Centre – Nowy Staw Foundation will take place. The project main theme will be playing drums and rhythm. Participants of the project will be young people from 6 countries: Poland, Turkey, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, and Latvia.
Through this project we want to show how our continent diverse in terms of culture, and show that you can establish a common language with everyone. The tool for uniting young people all over Europe will be rhythm – a factor that exists in all cultures. During the project workshops on Litewski Square will take place as well as a parade to the Old Town and concert on Plac Po Farze on 24th April 2010.
Among final results of the project will be photographic display and a film that will be distributed as an example of youth activation.
