EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
On 10th of March the Institute of Labour Market held a conference summarizing the project "Working graduate".
The purpose of the meeting was to summarize the project which was implemented from 1st of April 2009. under the Human Capital Operational Program (Measure 6.1.1). The project "Working graduate" was aimed to young people (under 25 years old) living in lubelskie voivodeship. The aim of the project was comprehensive support for those people and increasing their chances of functioning on the job market. The aim was realized through a series of workshops: socio-professional training enhancing skills, vocational and job placement with employers giving young people the possibility to use the practical skills and knowledge acquired during training and gain experience in the labour market. After completing the work placements more than 30% of participants of the project have found employment.
