In 2009 European Meeting Centre – Nowy Staw Foundation in the frames of European Voluntary Service (EVS) - Action 2 European Commission Youth in Action Programme sent 15 young people to different European countries.
In 2009 European Meeting Centre – Nowy Staw Foundation in the frames of European Voluntary Service (EVS) - Action 2 European Commission Youth in Action Programme sent 15 young people to different European countries. At the moment voluntaries are doing their EVS service in partner organizations of Nowy Staw Foundation in countries such as: England, France, Portugal, Greece, Spain, Italy, Malta, Finland, Germany and also Ukraine.
European Voluntary service (EVS) was created to enable young people to gain new and precious skills and competences tha can later be used on labour market.
Participation in EVS is a chance of having a great unique adventure as well as working for the others. Young person can see her or himself in different roles, gain new abilities, learn a language and also have a chance to get Youthpass Certificate that proves skills gained abroad.
