With effect from 1 February 2010 Institute for Labor Market has already begun to the next project co-financed by the ESF. The program aims to increase activity of adults to seek information and make decisions about podęciu lifelong learning within the school.

The project functioning under the name "Information-Education-a better future" will be an informative - promotional, and its main aim is to spread the idea of lifelong learning among the inhabitants of the Lublin region. A broad information campaign will take place in the regional media: television, radio, press, information will also appear on billboards and posters transportation. The audience is very wide and includes both young people under 25 years of age and older after 45 years of age, those in middle-aged, employed, unemployed, inactive people, both those living in rural areas and from major cities Province. Lublin. His project will support activities to all persons interested in increasing their education within the school. Provided for them a variety of mechanisms to support this point of information and advisory along with the base of continuing education centers, the opportunity to consult with a professional counselor and a psychologist, and educational fairs presenting an offer of Formal Continuing Education in the five largest towns in the region: Lublin, Zamosc, Chelm, Pulawy and Biala Podlaska .
