Young people from Bulgaria and Poland are participants of „Set the clown free” project that is taking place in Nasutów near Lublin. For 8 days, starting Sunday 16th September, they will be learning how to juggle using very different objects such as scarfs, balls, bludgeons, hula hoops, plates. They'll also learn how to ride a one wheel bike.
„If you think that juggling is nothing more than just an acrobat trick you're wrong” says psychologist and coach Mirosław Urban. „Juggling abilities acquiring during the workshops is a unique method that aims to comprehensive growth and team cooperation of young people” adds Urban.
The participants will be developing reflex, eye-hand coordination, body balance, ambidexterity, patience. They will also improve their self-confidence and achieving goals.
Through group activities they will work on integration and team building skills as well as learning from each other and, what's very important, confidence.
Apart from juggling workshops, the participants will work on their own performance and will visit Lublin region.
The project is co-financed by „Youth in Action” Programme.
