EUROPEAN MEETING CENTRE - NOWY STAW FOUNDATION
Between 18 – 25 of July in European Meeting Centre Nowy Staw Foundation in Nasutów near Lublin. Youth from Poland and Germany met to learn how to spend the spare time in active and creative way and how to eat healthy. The main aim of the project was to inform participants about the value of sports and healthy diet in young people lives.
During the meeting, youth got a chance to attend fitness activities which have been run by professional trainer. What is more, small groups of young people was to prepare the set of activities for the others. Participants also visited Zalew Zemborzyscki to canoe and took part in the Night Forest Play. Preparing a healthy meal for final picnic was also very interesting event.
