European Meeting Centre - Foundation Nowy Staw invites all those interested in implementation projects under the "Youth in Action" for a free consultation

The "Youth in Action" is a programme of the European Commission which supports the participation of young people in non-formal education. This programme allows youth to build international network and exchange of experiences. It encourages young people to take initiatives for their own local communities, and also promotes the idea of European citizenship.

The main objectives of the Programme "Youth in Action" are:

• To promote active citizenship among young people,
  
• The develop of the solidarity and tolerance and mutual understanding among young people from different countries,
  
• To raise the quality of support systems for youth activities
  
• To promote cooperation in the field of youth
  
• To increase participation in social life of young people with fewer opportunities

In the programme can participate any young person. The programme puts special emphasis on increasing participation in social life of young people with fewer opportunities those one's for reasons of social, geographic, economic or health obstacles.

The programme supports young people and those working with young people not only through the financing of their projects, but also by providing them information, organizing training and capacity-building preparation of new ventures with partners across Europe and beyond its borders.
